Everything went well. The Hotel, staff were excellent. The room, especially the bed too small.

Lovely place , plenty of choice to eat and drink , great views from the wheel. Also , I would just like to correct myself , the name was Jackie who was front of house , not Julia , we had contact with Julia before arriving , whole gave a good belly laugh , the smoky negative I had from the staff was the on duty Manager , the rest of the staff were amazing

Beaumaris is a beautiful costal town.
Beaumaris is a beautiful costal town. It has panoramic views over the Menai Straits. There are plenty of eating options for every taste. The town has an artistic focus with many art outlets and gift shops. There are also opportunities to attend workshops. We dined at Bishopsgate hotel and The Liverpool hotel. Food at both establishments was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Lots of lovely walk from the town centre and a castle and jail house to visit. The town is very easy to walk around and there is ample parking space not too far from the town cwntre.

Lots of things to see in Beaumauris.
Lots of things to see in Beaumauris. The castle is worth a visit with views of the Menai straits. There is a large car park on the sea front at £6 for all day parking. There are free, clean public toilets in the centre of town. Lots of great shops and eating places. I took a boat trip around Puffin Island, there are a couple of companies doing these, it lasted 1 hour 20 minutes and well worth doing. The sea is a bit choppy around the island due to the water currents.

Booked hotel to take a morning boat trip to Puffin island, trip was cancelled due too bad weather, we later found out that the puffins were not there at that time of year, so check they are nesting before you go. Nice little town ok for a day visit.

There is so much to do in such a small and pretty village. The castle is two minutes from the hotel which displays lots of historical information. Lots of independent shops are great for browsing and offer locally produced goods.
St. Mary and St. Nicholas church offers free entry and is a beautiful building with an information sheet offering more details on its history.

beautifull welsh town with nice old cottages and buildings.
beautifull welsh town with nice old cottages and buildings. loads of local history including the Beaumaris castle. my favourite part is the Barron hill estate that I really love. the history behind it is amazing and not many people know its there. best pub for food is defiantly the George and dragon and the meals are good quality and get loads. one place to avoid in my opinion is the ye old bull. no staff and there rude in there plus overpriced.
Nice apartment in the heart of Beaumaris. It is located above an ice cream store and in a building that has been restored from medieval times, which is fascinating! There are some amazing old beams and some uneven floors, all livable, yet all within modern updates. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms. A washing machine is available in the apartment. A nice welcoming package was also given to us to enjoy upon arrival.
The apartment is in a great location in Beaumaris just off the Main Street all shops etc are on the doorstep. The apartment was well maintained, very comfortable and clean we couldn’t have asked for better. The hosts where lovely and had left a welcome pack for our arrival so that we where able to enjoy a cup a tea as soon as we arrived.
We will definitely be staying again and would recommend to anybody who is thinking of holidaying in Anglesey.
This is our second visit to Castle court and it’s a great hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of Beaumaris. The rooms are small but very clean with great extras such as tea and coffee in the room.
Staff were more than welcoming especially the young girl (sorry I didn’t get her name) who made sure we were happy throughout our stay. Breakfast was continental with great options such as pain au chocolate, toast, cereals ect.
Perfect location for a relaxing get away. We spent a week exploring Anglesey from our lovely base in Beaumaris. At the end of every day's adventures we made our way back to our lovely comfortable room at Awel y Mor and slept like babies. The local bars and restaurants serve some fantastic food and are all incredibly warm and welcoming. I can't wait until we can visit again.
Charming atmosphere above 500 year old pub. Room OK, parking is close but somewhat difficult to navigate to and is not well marked from front of hotel. We literally found it by accident. Food was average, as was the wait service. Overall, it was an interesting experience which I enjoyed. Would I stay there again, now that I have once? Probably not.
The views from the property are absolutely lovely and the location is superb - there's so much to see in the area and things to do for everyone. I recommend driving round the coast of the whole island and there are some truly spectacular beaches with mountain views. Also the Bulkeley Hotel does a nice dinner service and is a 1 min walk away.
By far the best guest house in Beaumaris! Nothing was too much to ask and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at this lovely property.
I have been staying at Beaumaris for years and this is undoubtedly the best accommodation of its type in the village. Rooms were lovely, perfectly situated and the service was absolutely fantastic.
A wonderful little hotel in a central location. Good parking facilities, really friendly staff, very tasty and freshly cooked breakfast, beautiful sea view from room 9, lovely additional touches in the room (lindt chocolate and sherry), clean, comfortable and well equipped room. What more can I say? It was a fantastic find!
Accommodation was lovely
Everything you could need was provided .
Accommodation was very clean
Perfectly situated near local cafes , restaurants and shops .
Beaumaris is very dog friendly .
Parking on the street nearby was never an issue there was always a space within a couple of yards of the property
Located in heart of Beaumaris, walking distance to main attractions of the castle and pier.
Spacious room with good amenities (fridge, kettle, tea, biscuits, welshcakes).
Dogs welcomed with a dog bed provided.
Beautiful Victorian building with lots of original styling. Some of the updating is more comfy than glamorous, but still has a ton of personality. Especially for a very dog friendly hotel, very characterful.
Hotel very comfortable and in a good location for travelling around Anglesey. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Ate in the restaurant on several occasions, food and service very good.
The location was good and easy to find. Good location for getting about and touring around Anglesey.
Plenty of space in the cottage and the grounds. Quiet & peaceful; plenty of parking.
Plenty of space in the cottages we rented. Great for getting family groups and friends together. Quiet location, but close to Beaumaris and some lovely areas of Anglesey.
Fantastic location. Across from the castle and only a couple of minutes walk to seafront Shops right on the doorstep
Kitchen & upstairs bedrooms well appointed
